Why we built this
Most Australian panel shops are stuck between a spreadsheet (fast, but loses data and falls apart at scale) and a legacy CRM that wasn't designed for how a smash repair shop actually runs in 2026. ShopFlowOP is what happens when you start fresh: built around the NTAR way of quoting, with parts sourcing from your suppliers, and a customer tracking portal — without the bloat of bolted-on modules.
